Return Policy
Order Cancellation
We accept cancellation of orders before the product is shipped or manufactured. If an order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund. We cannot cancel an order if the product has already been shipped.
Returns (if applicable)
We accept returns of products. Customers have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving the product.
To be eligible for a return, your product must be unused and in the same condition as the product you received. It must also be in the original packaging. In order to complete a return, we will need a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your item back to the manufacturer.
Customers will only be charged a maximum of one shipping charge (this includes returns); consumers will not be charged a restocking fee for returns.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you a receipt notification via email. We will also notify you of the approval or denial of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and within a certain number of days the refund will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method.
If the customer is not satisfied with the goods received, a full refund will be required and the customer will be asked to mail the goods to the address we specify (the customer will have to pay for the postage themselves). We will check the order as soon as we receive it. Number and refund the customer in full. If the customer does not send back the goods, we will only refund no more than 10% of the value of the goods.
Refunds for late or lost shipments (if applicable)
If you haven't received your refund, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to be officially sent. Next contact your bank. There will usually be some processing time before the refund is credited. If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@pomelo.gshopper.com
